How to change new LCD:
- Remove outside screws of both sides of data interface
- Suck up screen with chuck from the top of home position
- Remove chuck slowly half open of the screen
- Remove metal plate, pry open display and touching wires
- Remove screen assembly
- Replace by new LCD screen according to reverse steps above
